To post your announcement...
Simply email us your information as a brief. See the following example/guideline below:
TITLE OF EVENT – Day – Time - Address/Location - Description of event (include any ticket or admission costs, instructions, schedules, age limits, etc.) - contact information (contact name, phone number, email and web site).
Please note...
- Do your best to include ALL information in your announcement the first time. Incomplete information will not be posted.
- Please submit your event information at least two (2) weeks before your event.
- Newletters are posted in the "Newsletters" section on ACN's main page "Community News" side bar. NOTE: If your newsletter is posted on your Web site, simply send us the URL.
- Event announcements sent via Facebook or Twitter will not be posted on the ACN Web site. Please e-mail your event info to us...include us in your e-mail group(s).
- PRESS RELEASES: Please send as a Word document or in the body of the e-mail. Please do not send as a PDF. Attach any pictures (JPEG or GIF, 300 dpi). NOTE: If your press release is posted on your Web site, simply send us the URL.
